We’re Hiring: HR Specialist

As Timak continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to support the development of our people, processes, and organizational structure. This role is key in helping transition HR activities from ad-hoc support to a structured, scalable function.

The HR Specialist will work closely with management and department leads to support recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and internal HR operations.

**Role Overview**

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and contributing to the development of a positive and professional workplace culture.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable operating in a growing company where processes are still being built and improved.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment & Onboarding**

- Support the full recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records

**HR Administration**

- Prepare and manage employment documentation (contracts, amendments, confirmations, etc.)
- Maintain employee files and HR records in line with legal and internal requirements
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting

**Employee Relations & Support**

- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and procedures
- Support a positive and professional work environment
- Assist in handling employee issues in coordination with management

**Policies, Compliance & Processes**

- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with Albanian labor legislation and internal regulations
- Assist in developing and improving HR processes as the organization grows

**Coordination & Reporting**

- Work closely with management and other departments to support organizational needs
- Prepare basic HR reports and support workforce planning activities

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of Albanian labor law and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills in Albanian and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organization
