We’re looking for a
**CTO-level profile**
to take ownership of our technical direction and help us build, scale, and operate
**AI-powered products and agent-based systems**
used by real businesses.
This is not a “manage people and attend meetings” role.
This is a
**hands-on CTO**
role for someone who wants to design systems, make architectural decisions, and grow a serious AI engineering function.
**What you’ll work on**
**Defining and owning the technical vision and architecture**
of the company
Designing and scaling
**cloud infrastructure**
(production-ready, secure, scalable)
Building and overseeing
**AI agents, orchestration layers, and automations**
**Hands-on development with Node.js / Python and React.js**

Working with
**LangChain, n8n**
, and modern AI tooling
Setting engineering standards, best practices, and delivery processes
Collaborating directly with the founder on product strategy and execution
Hiring and mentoring engineers as the team grows
**What we’re looking for**
**Strong background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or early-stage CTO**
**Deep experience with backend and frontend architecture**
**Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure**
(AWS, GCP, or similar)
Hands-on experience with
**AI systems**
(LLMs, agents, workflows, automations)
Experience with
**LangChain, n8n**
, or similar orchestration tools
**Python experience is a strong plus**
**Ability to think in systems, trade-offs, and long-term architecture**
**Founder-level mindset: ownership, autonomy, and accountability**
