Join our dynamic and innovative team at the new Skopje Epicenter, focusing on centralized scheduling and transport management for Lear’s seating plants across Europe & Africa. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Support in generation and maintenance of Purchasing system data(SRM/AS400, SAP, BPM Portal, MDM, ESDB/QAD)
- Supplier enrollment, modification and maintenance
- BO creation, amendment and maintenance
- Cost Study
- Metal Adjustment in System
- ePVRs
- Support the Purchasing administrative function/task
- Quality Cert Validity Review
- CTPAT annual review
- Capacity checking & survey
- Uploading and routing of contracts/Agreement
- QAD vs SRM Reconciliation Report
- SPOT PO/Tooling Creation and Closure
- CPS Code Mapping
**Required Qualifications:**
- Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chian or IT graduate
- Proficient in MS Office (preferably with Macro App experience)
- 2years experience, preferably in multinational environment
- Fluent in English
- Self motivated and with good methodology
- Good analytical Skills
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication
- Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, flexible work schedule as the need arises
- Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task
- Needs to work in Rotational Shifts
