We are looking for a smart, self-driven
**Sales Development Representative (SDR)**
to join our Albanian pre-sales team. This is a long-term, performance-driven role for someone who thrives in outbound sales, prospecting, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prepare qualified leads based on our clear ICP
- Enrich lead data and enroll prospects into automated outreach sequences
- Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Manage replies and in-progress leads in
**HubSpot CRM**
- **Book qualified meetings for Account Executives**
- **Collaborate asynchronously with SDRs and sales teams globally (mainly Israel)**
- **Track performance, improve workflows, and work toward clear weekly KPIs**
- **Support Account Executives throughout the deal process to help close deals**

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, lead generation specialist, or similar sales-focused remote role
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong experience working with HubSpot
- Comfortable with outbound sales and performance-based goals
- High availability, including outside standard working hours when needed
- Strong attention to detail and self-organization
- A results-driven mindset and motivation to earn more
- Someone who genuinely loves making money 💰
💰 Compensation & Growth Plan
**Hourly Rate:**
- Start:
**$9/hour**
- **Month 2–3: $10/hour**
- **Month 4–5: $11/hour**
- **Month 6+: $12/hour**
**Bonuses:**
- **$6 per booked meeting**

- **$15 per meeting**
if you exceed
**10 booked meetings per week**
- *(retroactively applied to all meetings that week)*
- **$100 per closed deal**
(on top of meeting bonuses)
