Full-Time 14:00- 22:00 CET (Mon- Fri)

**Compensation:**

Base ($1000 - $1200 USD) + Commission

We’re looking for an
**experienced Lead Generation Setter/ SDR**

to drive growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking appointments with
**high-value commercial clients and strategic partners**

.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research and identify qualified commercial leads;
- Identify high-quality commercial opportunities in assigned markets;
- Daily outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups;
- Own the top-of-funnel sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data entry and follow-up task completion;
- Qualify prospects based on need, timeline, budget, and potential project size;
- Qualify prospects and
**set appointments**

for the sales team;
- Build long-term relationships and manage CRM data;
- Track KPIs (calls, contacts, appointments).

**Qualifications:**

- Experience working with multi-location or franchise businesses;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dedicated appointment setter or SDR or B2B sales;
- Self-motivated and results-driven;
- Proven success booking appointments with business owners, managers, and high level decision makers;
- Strong phone communication skills; confident, clear, and engaging;
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, VoIP dialers, LinkedIn, and
- Excel/Google Sheets;
- Organized and self-disciplined with excellent time management;
- Comfortable working toward daily/weekly appointment goals and KPIs Preferred Experience;
- Familiarity with fencing, landscaping, or construction industries;
- Experience setting appointments for multi-territory or franchise businesses;
- Background in account-based marketing or targeted outreach campaigns
