**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Arkitekt role located in Albania. The Arkitekt will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget, and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, integrating architectural designs with engineering and construction practices, and contributing to project management efforts to meet quality and timeline goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and practical designs.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural tools and industry-specific applications.
- Strong skills in Project Management to oversee and ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction standards, building codes, and industry advancements in materials and technology.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Architecture or a related field, preferably with a professional license or certification.
