**Role Description**
We are currently looking for a
**Product Manager – Network & Security**
to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of networking and security solutions, ensuring effective coordination between vendors, internal teams, and business partners. The position requires strong analytical thinking, a solid understanding of network and security technologies, and the ability to manage vendor relationships while identifying market opportunities and supporting business growth.
**Key Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies and solutions, preferably including experience with brands such as Cisco and Check Point.
- Experience in product management, product ownership, or technical pre-sales within IT, with skills in market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and marketing teams, and to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with standard office and productivity tools for reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE, or other security certifications) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Prishtina, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in partner and client interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop the network and security product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners, and coordinate product orders with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, identify customer needs, and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate product training and provide technical and commercial support to internal teams.
- Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and forecasts.
- Support key clients and partners by recommending appropriate network and security solutions and providing technical guidance.
- Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and local market requirements.
