**About the Role:**
In this position, you will be part of the EPPC outsourcing team dedicated to supporting Dompé Albania’s global marketing activities. You will be responsible for producing, adapting, and managing high-quality digital content across multiple international channels, ensuring full alignment with corporate brand standards and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Production & Adaptation:**
Draft and refine compelling copy for corporate websites, email newsletters (DEM), social media channels, and e-pharmacy product pages.
- **Website & CMS Management:**
Update and maintain web content using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) while applying fundamental SEO best practices.
- **Localization & Cross-Border Collaboration:**
Work closely with country teams to localize content specifically for
**Poland, Albania, and Kosovo**
.
- **Governance & Version Control:**
Prepare documentation packages for Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review processes, ensuring accurate version control within the content repository.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Safety:**
Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations, occupational safety standards, and the corporate code of conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
- **Pharmacovigilance Monitoring:**
Monitor digital and social channels to identify and promptly report any suspected adverse reactions or product complaints within mandatory company timelines.
**Candidate Profile & Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
Degree in Communication, Languages, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
2–4 years of experience in digital content management, copywriting, or marketing communications.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing software, and SEO principles.
- **Language Skills:**
Fluent in both Italian and English.
