**About the Role**
We are looking for a
**Development Project Coordinator**
to support the successful execution of our real estate development projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects move forward efficiently.
You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, investors, government institutions, and internal teams, becoming a key point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across real estate development projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall progress.
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments.
- Liaise with municipalities, government institutions, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Support the preparation, organization, and tracking of project documentation.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and regular status updates for management.
- Participate in meetings with investors, property owners, and business partners.
- Provide construction and project status updates to the Sales and client-facing teams.
- Identify potential issues and contribute to practical solutions.
- Ensure agreed actions are completed on time and project deadlines are met.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Experience in real estate, construction, project coordination, operations, administration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- Ability to structure information and keep projects well organized.
- High level of responsibility, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in real estate development and project execution.
- Fluency in English and Montenegrin/Serbian.
- Valid driving license (Category B).
