🎧 We’re Hiring: Sound Engineer / Dubbing Mix Engineer (Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced Sound Engineer with specific experience in dubbing post-production to join our team working on AI dubbing projects.
While we use AI-generated voices, the audio post-production process requires the same core skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise as traditional human dubbing.
🎚️ Required Skills & Experience
• Dubbing mixing experience: Proven experience mixing dialogue specifically for dubbing projects.
• Pro Tools: Strong working knowledge of Pro Tools, with Pro Tools Studio as the minimum requirement.
• Stereo mixing: A fully equipped stereo mixing setup is essential.
• 5.1 mixing: Knowledge and experience of 5.1 surround mixing would be a strong advantage.
• Dialogue mixing: A strong understanding of dialogue integration into M&E (Music & Effects) tracks, ensuring a natural, seamless and consistent result.
• Lip-sync: Excellent attention to synchronisation, with a strong focus on accurate dialogue timing and lip-sync.
• AI voice generation: Familiarity with AI voice generation workflows is preferred, as we work with our own AI voice generation studio.

• Fully remote position.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills are required to meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who understands the specific demands of dubbing post-production, takes pride in delivering high-quality dialogue mixes, and can work independently while remaining a reliable and communicative team member.
Experience with AI dubbing is a plus, but solid traditional dubbing mixing experience is the priority.
