The HR Generalist supports all aspects of human resources operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR programs across Lango’s U.S. and international teams. This role partners closely with leadership, managers, and external vendors to ensure a positive employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable labor laws. The HR Generalist plays a hands-on role in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems administration, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinate job postings, interviews, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
- Manage employee records and workflows in HR systems (BambooHR, Rippling).
- Support payroll processing, timekeeping, and expense reimbursement coordination.
- Assist with U.S. benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Organize employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
- Support performance reviews, talent meetings, and feedback processes.
- Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance, and support audits or reporting needs.
- Provide general HR support to employees and leadership.
- Assist with office operations and day-to-day HR administration.

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Experience supporting core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee support.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, or similar).
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
