**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to support overall business goals is also a critical aspect of this role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Techniques
- Ability to deliver effective Sales Presentations and persuasive communication
- Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Knowledge of Product Promotion and Strategic Market Planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in any additional languages is a plus
