1. Execute welding activities in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and specifications.
2. Perform MIG, TIG, ARC/SMAW, cutting, grinding, and fabrication works as required.
3. Prepare, fit-up, align, and tack components for accurate welding.
4. Inspect welds and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
5. Operate and maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment safely.
6. Assist in material preparation, positioning, handling, and welding setup.
7. Maintain proper welding consumables, tools, and work-area readiness.
8. Follow all HSE procedures, PPE requirements, and hot-work safety standards.
9. Identify and report welding defects, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions.
10. Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
## Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Welder or Welding Assistant in industrial/construction projects.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, ARC/SMAW welding techniques.
- Ability to read drawings and follow welding procedures.
- Strong knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Good understanding of welding quality and inspection requirements.
- Safety-conscious with strong HSE awareness.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and within a team.
- Strong work discipline, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Relevant welding certification or technical qualification preferred.
