For our new offices in Kosovo, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (German-speaking).

**Job Description**
- Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for our team.
- Manage applicants and coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional support in recruiting.
- Monitor current recruiting trends and contribute ideas for further development of our hiring strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory).
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
- Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
**Additional Information**
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
