**Role Description**
As our new Sales Intern (both part-timers or full-timers are welcome), you will work from our brand new office premises at East Gate Mall, Skopje. You will support the Sales team by researching potential clients, preparing outreach lists, and conducting direct outreach, including cold calling. The role also involves collaborating with team members on sales campaigns, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of our internal sales processes. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment and opportunities to learn about nearshore service models and business development.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in English
- Interest in Sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and basic negotiation
- Ability to participate in Training activities and apply guidance from sales leadership and mentors
- Basic understanding or interest in Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and performance metrics
- Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to solving problems
