We are looking for a
**Microsoft 365 Consultant – Mid-Level**
to join our team and contribute to Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects.
The successful candidate will support the detailed design , implementation, testing , and documentation of Microsoft 365 solutions , working under the coordination of a Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Architect and collaborating with technical teams and client stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Microsoft 365 solution design and implementation.
- Configure and administer Microsoft 365 environments.
- Participate in assessment , configuration , pilot , rollout , testing , UAT , and hypercare activities.
- Manage endpoint and device configurations.
- Support application packaging and deployment.
- Produce and maintain clear and complete technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
**Required Technical Skills**
- Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and administration.
- Microsoft Entra ID , Entra Connect , Active Directory , and hybrid identity.
- Microsoft Intune , Windows Autopilot , BitLocker , and Windows LAPS.
- Corporate and BYOD Android/iOS device management.
- Packaging and deployment of Win32 , MSI , Microsoft Store , and Line-of-Business applications.
- Microsoft 365 Suite : Exchange , SharePoint , OneDrive , and Teams.
- Microsoft Purview , particularly Retention and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Microsoft 365 backup solutions ; experience with Keepit or equivalent solutions is preferred.
- Experience with pilots , technical testing , UAT , and wave-based rollouts.
**Required Microsoft Certifications**
Candidates must hold :
- At least one Microsoft certification related to
**Microsoft 365 , Modern Work , or Endpoint Management.**
- At least one Microsoft certification related to
**Security , Identity , or Access Management**
**Experience**
- Minimum
**4 years of professional experience**
with Microsoft infrastructure and technologies
- Significant hands-on experience with
**Microsoft 365 , Endpoint Management , and/or Modern Workplace projects.**
**Language Requirements – Mandatory.**
**Italian: Professional working proficiency or higher**
**English: Professional working proficiency or higher**
