For one of our projects, Evolutivo is looking for an
**Endpoint Systems Engineer (L2)**
to join a structured and collaborative global IT environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing
**Level 2 technical support and administration for corporate endpoints**
, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows environments, endpoint security, software deployment, operating system management, and device configuration.
The role will involve supporting business application users with workplace and endpoint-related incidents, ensuring efficient incident resolution while maintaining company standards for security, compliance, and standardization.
The position will also contribute to ongoing
**IT transformation and workplace modernization projects**
, working closely with global IT teams.

Job scope
The scope covers the corporate endpoint environment, including
**Microsoft Intune, Entra ID/Azure, SCCM/MECM and managed Windows devices**
.
The primary focus of the role will be providing
**Level 2 support for Business Application User incidents related to workplace technologies and endpoints**
, with approximately
**90% of the time dedicated to operational support**
.
The remaining time will be dedicated to collaboration with colleagues on
**transformation, modernization, and endpoint management projects**
.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
- Administer and manage
**Microsoft Intune**
, including device management, configuration profiles, security policies, compliance policies, and Windows Autopilot.
- Administer
**SCCM/MECM**
environments, including operating system deployment, software deployment, configuration, and reporting.
- Deploy and manage Windows operating system security patches, updates, and version upgrades using SCCM and Intune.
- Develop, test, package, and deploy enterprise software applications, including non-Microsoft applications.
- Build and maintain Microsoft Windows OS images for corporate deployment.
- Manage hardware drivers and driver packages as part of Windows imaging and deployment processes.
- Support and manage devices from manufacturers such as Dell, Lenovo, and HP.
- Manage endpoints in hybrid environments, including
**on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID joined devices**
.
- Administer
**Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)**
and support the configuration and management of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Work with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident, request, and change management.
- Follow established ITIL and Change Management processes.
- Ensure endpoint configurations comply with corporate security and standardization requirements.
- Investigate recurring endpoint issues and propose permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in endpoint transformation projects.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and operational knowledge bases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of endpoint management processes and solutions.
Mandatory requirements
- At least
**24 months of documented experience**
in Endpoint Engineering, EUC, Workplace Engineering, Desktop Engineering, or L2 IT Support.
- Strong technical knowledge of
**Microsoft Windows endpoint environments**
.
- Hands-on experience with
**Microsoft Intune**
administration.
- Experience managing:
- Device configurations
- Configuration profiles

- Good knowledge and practical experience with
