to join our international team and work on an exciting international project.

**100% Remote**

**Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM**

💬 What will you do?

You’ll be the friendly voice behind the customer experience — supporting customers in
**Welsh and English**
through:

📧 Email

🎧 Helpdesk

📞 Phone

You’ll help customers resolve questions and issues, manage cases, and make sure every interaction is professional, clear and positive.

⭐ What are we looking for?

🏴
**Fluent Welsh + English – spoken & written**

💬 Excellent communication skills

📞 Confident telephone manner

❤️ Empathy, patience & a customer-first mindset

💻 Comfortable working independently from home

⚡ Able to multitask and work under pressure

Experience in
**Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, Helpdesk or another customer-facing role**
is a plus — but transferable experience is welcome.
