Hiring Manager / German-Speaking (C1)

On behalf of our client, an outsourcing company based in Prishtina, Catalyst is currently looking for Hiring Managers to join its newly established recruitment team.

The role focuses primarily on active sourcing, identifying and approaching suitable professionals, conducting interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. It is an excellent opportunity for communicative, organized, and motivated individuals who want to develop their careers in an international environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Identify and approach suitable candidates through active sourcing

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ experience and motivation

• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant professionals

• Coordinate recruitment activities with international teams and stakeholders

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• German language proficiency at C1 level

• Fluent in English

• Experience in recruitment, active sourcing, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Structured, organized, and proactive approach to work

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
