**Invenio is recruiting a Junior Real Estate Broker**
to join their team in Skopje.
The role offers an opportunity to work on residential investment and development projects, with a focus on identifying and evaluating real estate and land opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Identify residential investment and development opportunities through developers, landowners, and local market contacts
• Research potential land acquisitions, including location, zoning, development potential, ownership, and indicative pricing
• Conduct preliminary market and financial assessments based on comparable transactions, sales prices, rental levels, and expected project returns
• Maintain and develop the real estate opportunity pipeline
• Support site visits, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Collaborate with external brokerage partners and other stakeholders
**Requirements**
• Relevant education and professional background
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, curious, and open-minded approach
• Ability to research and evaluate real estate opportunities
