Senior HubSpot Developer

ProRecruit is looking for one of his international clients, an exceptional, highly experienced HubSpot Developer to own and elevate a HubSpot ecosystem end-to-end. This isn't an entry-level or "buttonclicker" role — we need someone who lives and breathes the HubSpot platform at a technical level: custom code, APIs, integrations, and architecture. **What You'll Do**

- Design, build, and maintain custom HubSpot solutions: custom-coded workflows, CRM card extensions, custom objects, and modules
- Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems via the HubSpot API and webhooks
- Build and optimize custom themes, templates, and modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Architect scalable solutions for marketing, sales, and service automation
- Manage data modeling across custom objects, properties, and associations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the HubSpot ecosystem
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and ops stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Stay ahead of new HubSpot features (CMS Hub, Operations Hub, Sales Hub) and recommend adoption where it adds value

**What We're Looking For**

- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot development experience (not just admin/marketing ops)
- Deep expertise in HubL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Strong command of the HubSpot API (CRM API, Webhooks, Custom Objects, GraphQL)
- Experience with custom integrations (Zapier, Make, or native API-based builds)
- Solid understanding of CRM data architecture and automation logic
- Comfortable working independently and owning a project from spec to deployment
- HubSpot certifications (CMS for Developers, HubSpot APIs, etc.) are a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
