**WE ARE HIRING: JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER – REAL ESTATE
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
Employment Type: Full-time, paid position
On behalf of our client operating in the real estate and construction sector, Invenio is recruiting a Junior Project Manager – Real Estate for a full-time position based in Skopje.
The selected candidate will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of real estate and construction projects, working closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities**
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of real estate projects
• Assist in preparing project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress and project deadlines
• Assist in monitoring project costs and budgets
• Support tendering, documentation, and contract-related activities
• Assist with communication with municipalities and public institutions regarding permits and documentation
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for management
• Support the project team in identifying and resolving project-related issues
**Requirements**
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction, real estate, project coordination, or a related field will be considered an advantage
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with different project stakeholders
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Professional working proficiency in Macedonian and English
• Knowledge of Albanian or Danish will be considered an advantage
