is looking for an energetic and results-driven
**Sales Representative**
to join our growing team and represent some of the leading international brands in professional haircare.
Our portfolio includes
**Paul Mitchell, O&M (Original & Mineral),**
Goddess BioTech Blowout,
**PAHI Barcelona,**
and other professional beauty brands.
The role is based in
**Tirana**
and involves regular field visits to professional salons and clients both
**within Tirana and across Albania**
.
**What you’ll do:**
**• Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional hair salons and existing clients**
**• Identify and approach new potential clients**
**• Present and recommend products based on each salon’s needs**
**• Manage your sales territory and achieve agreed sales targets**
**• Introduce new products, promotions and brand initiatives to clients**
**• Participate in professional trainings, launches and industry events**
**• Work closely with our education and marketing teams**
**What we’re looking for:**
**• Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
**• A proactive, positive and sales-oriented attitude**
**• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients**
**• Confidence working independently and managing field visits**
**• Previous experience in sales is preferred**
**• Experience or interest in the professional beauty/hair industry is a strong advantage**
**• Driving licence is preferred**
