We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-office team full-time.
You’re someone who doesn’t just make things look good - you understand why they work. You have a strong creative point of view, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-impact visual work across different brands, platforms, and formats.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the creation of high-quality digital ad creatives for performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
- Develop creative concepts and execute print design projects, including brochures, packaging, presentations, and large-scale signage
- Lead brand identity projects from concept to completion, including logo systems, typography, color palettes, and comprehensive visual guidelines
- Design visual assets for websites and SaaS products, with a strong understanding of UX, hierarchy, and digital experiences
- Take ownership of the visual direction for key client projects, from the initial concept through final execution
- Maintain a consistently high creative standard across every deliverable and touchpoint
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing thoughtful feedback and helping raise the overall quality of the team
- Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and development teams to turn ideas into cohesive, effective, and conversion-focused creative work
- Bring fresh ideas, challenge the obvious, and continuously look for ways to make the work better
**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual craft, creative thinking, and experience working across digital and print
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong experience with branding, digital advertising, web design, and print
- A solid understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, visual systems, and brand consistency
- The ability to take a brief, develop a concept, and independently carry it through to a polished final product
- Confidence in leading creative direction and making thoughtful design decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
