**Role Description**
The Freelance Video Editor role at AlbNova is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania. The Video Editor will transform raw footage of renovation projects, design processes, and behind-the-scenes work into compelling videos for marketing, social media, and client communication. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and editing footage, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and ensuring brand consistency across all video content. The role also involves collaborating with project leads and marketing team members to understand project narratives, refine storylines, and deliver videos on agreed timelines. The Video Editor is expected to maintain a high standard of visual quality, manage multiple projects concurrently, and proactively suggest creative formats and content ideas that highlight AlbNova’s services and craftsmanship.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including managing footage from capture to final export.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and professional visual quality across all content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, animations, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Experience creating short-form and long-form content for digital platforms and social media channels is beneficial.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and capacity to work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment are beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate on-site with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English and/or Albanian is beneficial; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in construction, architecture, interior design, or related fields, and a portfolio showcasing video editing work, are beneficial.
