For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for ambitious Outbound Sales Specialists to join a premium banking account opening campaign. In this high-velocity role, you will reach out directly to warm leads, interested potential clients who have already shown intent and guide them through converting into active account holders.
**Who are you?**
**You Have**
- Advanced Sales Expertise: Proven track record in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or financial products.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Albanian and English is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated by targets, performance bonuses, and driving account growth.
- Full Availability: Ability to work strictly on-site in the office.
**What will you do?**
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to warm leads to convert interest into new account openings.
- Pitch relevant banking products and services tailored to each prospective client’s needs.
- Overcome client hesitations and handle objections effectively to secure final account activations.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly account conversion quotas and sales targets.
- Ensure precise data management and tracking of every lead conversion in the CRM platform.
