We're looking for a Content Author who's ready to be part of something new in Skopje.
You'll join a new project in collaboration with Cheil Europe, providing configuration and support.
The role strikes a balance between planning future work and handling day-to-day tasks — perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
**What the role involves:**
- Creating, updating and publishing web content across various web properties, in line with brand guidelines
- Managing website product registration and content authoring
- Supporting the rollout of local and global campaigns and Global HQ requests
- Scaling copy and images and supporting website optimization
- Managing commerce configurations in Hybris
- Coordinating with the Content Manager throughout the configuration phase
- Supporting the team leader with delegated content and configuration requests
- Assigning completed tasks to QA for testing
- Identifying and fixing bugs during SIT, E2E, UVT, TGL, ST, BGL and Hypercare phases
- Handling configurations in PROD during the cutover phase
- Assisting with weekly and monthly publishing reports
**Required specialties and skills:**
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems; experience with AEM is a plus
- Good IT skills and technical understanding
- Ability to work effectively in an adaptive, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience with project management tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence, is a plus
