This is a senior, customer-facing project management role suited to someone who has successfully delivered complex projects within
**banking or financial institutions**
and is comfortable managing scope, budget, timelines, stakeholders and project teams from initiation through delivery.
You will work in a structured project environment and take ownership of complex engagements, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Essential requirements**
- **7–10+ years of professional experience**
, with significant experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- **Previous professional experience within banking or a financial institution – mandatory.**
- Proven experience managing complex projects and/or programs.
- Strong understanding of
**Waterfall project management**
and structured project delivery.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, resources, timelines and risks.
- Strong stakeholder and customer-management experience.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as:
- Waterfall / Agile practices
- JIRA
- MS Project
