LIVYO manages residential rentals across Italy. We receive a high volume of tenant enquiries and need someone who can respond fast, qualify leads, and book viewings.
- What you'll do
Reply to leads via WhatsApp, Idealista, Immobiliare.it & phone
- Qualify budget, dates, occupants, job & documents
- Book and follow up on viewings
- Update the CRM
- Filter out unqualified applicants
- Use AI to work faster
- What we need:
Fluent-level Italian and english- tested before the interview
- Fluent English - tested before the interview
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Fast response time
- Comfortable with AI tools
- Own computer + reliable internet
- Pay
€600–€950/month + €50 per closed deal
- Contractor position. Monthly invoicing. Bank fees covered by LIVYO.
