We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate operational teams, with a strong focus on banking processes, financial operations, compliance, risk controls, and staff performance.
**Fluent in German language**

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that operational activities are performed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking standards. The role requires strong experience in Operations Management, Banking, Financial Services, Compliance, or Risk, with a particular focus on monitoring staff and ensuring that financial and operational processes are followed correctly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate operational teams from a management and process perspective.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure that employees consistently follow established financial and banking processes.
- Ensure that operational activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on daily financial and banking operational processes, ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and within the required deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable banking compliance standards.
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams on matters related to processes, controls, and operational risks.
- Monitor the implementation of compliance and risk-control procedures across operational teams.
- Identify operational weaknesses, process gaps, and potential compliance or financial risks, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are followed up.
- Coordinate between teams and departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Review and improve operational procedures, with the objective of increasing efficiency, accuracy, and process standardization.
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, policies, and operational improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational performance, staff performance, process issues, risks, and corrective actions.
- Escalate significant operational, compliance, or financial process issues to senior management when required.
- Ensure that operational teams maintain a high level of accuracy, accountability, and compliance in their daily activities
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Operations Management, Team Management, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in Banking Compliance, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Financial Operations is highly desirable.
- Experience managing or coordinating teams and monitoring staff performance.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements, internal controls, operational risk, and financial processes.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps, operational risks, and areas for improvement.

- Ability to work effectively across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Management teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential financial and banking information.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
