**About the role**
We're hiring a Project Manager (mid to senior level) to lead an IT delivery team working on Green Leaf's platforms.
The work has two sides. The first is upgrading our existing trading and lending platforms with new AI capabilities smarter automation, better decisioning, and features that reduce manual work for our users. The second is planning and delivering new platforms that sit alongside what we already offer and extend the service for our clients.
You'll own the delivery: the plan, the timeline, the team's day-to-day rhythm, and the conversations with stakeholders when things need a decision. Our clients work in regulated industries, so quality, traceability and clean releases matter more here than raw speed.
You don't need to build the AI features yourself. You do need to be comfortable planning work around tools and capabilities that are still evolving, where estimates are less certain than in standard delivery.
**What you will do:**
- Lead an IT delivery team of 10+ engineers, QA and analysts through planned releases.
- Run the delivery routine: planning, stand-ups, sprint or phase reviews, status reporting.
- Turn product ideas and client requests into a realistic roadmap with clear priorities.
- Manage the upgrade work on our trading and lending platforms, release by release.
- Plan new complementary platforms from initial scoping through to launch.
- Track budget, resources and dependencies, and flag risks early with options attached.
- Work closely with product, architecture and client-facing teams.
- Keep documentation and release records in good shape for compliance and audit needs.
- Be the main point of contact for clients and partners on delivery matters.
**What you bring**
- 3–8 years in project management, ideally in software or product delivery.
- Experience leading a technical delivery team, not just tracking tasks.
- Comfortable with both agile and more structured delivery methods.
- Enough technical understanding to talk credibly with engineers and architects.
- Interest in AI and automation, and how they change what a product can do.
- Strong stakeholder management able to say no clearly and explain trade-offs.
- Experience delivering in an environment where compliance and audit trails matter.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Willing and able to travel to client and partner sites, including for key releases.
**Nice to have**
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with trading or lending products.
- Exposure to system upgrades, migrations or integration-heavy projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certification.
- Experience taking a new product from idea to launch.
- Vendor management experience.
