**Role Description**
The Sales and Operations Executive will manage day-to-day logistics activities, coordinate shipments, and support customers throughout the transport process. This role includes handling bookings, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and operational accuracy. The position also involves identifying sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, supporting pricing and quotations, and contributing to revenue growth. The Executive will monitor shipment status, update systems, resolve operational issues, and ensure high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana City Center.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, including coordination of ocean, air, or road shipments.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, prepare quotations, and support business growth.
- Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks, including shipment documents, customs-related paperwork, and data entry.
- Comfort with digital tools and logistics platforms (e.g., TMS, ERP, or similar systems), and ability to work with tracking and customer portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in international trade sectors (retail, FMCG, automotive, fashion, industrial goods, machinery, or e-commerce) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English and local language, and willingness to work on-site.
