We manage a fleet of over 150+ trucks and over 160+ trailers and we’re still looking ahead.
**Your role**
You’ll manage the day shift of trucks and make sure every truck runs on time, every delivery is completed and every issue is addressed and reported on time. You’ll be communicating with drivers that run both fixed weekly lanes or daily planned lanes. Your responsibilities are to plan and organize trips, monitor every loading and unloading. You’ll also be maintaining professional communication with drivers and aim to identify it early, attempt to resolve it and escalate if needed.
**Your responsibilities**
- Monitor driver’s working hours
- Ensure drivers understand locations, delivery times and operational requirements.
- Provide support to drivers in resolving operational issues
- Informing management and customers about delays and operational risks
- Ensure trucks arrive at loading and unloading locations according to the planned schedule
- Planning and adjusting routes to maintain on-time delivery performance
- Maintaining structured and professional communication with drivers and company’s main clients
- Clear and professional communication between your colleagues and managers
**Our requirements**
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- 3+ years of dispatch experience, transport coordination or logistics dispatch in high paced environment
- Experience working in the transportation industry
- Familiarity with GPS systems NS navigation
- Preferably experience on the European market

You are expected at the office from 08:00 to 14:00. After 14:00, you remain reachable by phone until the night shift takes over.
