Legal Specialist

The Legal Specialist will work full time on-site in Tirana, providing legal support to the company, Management Team, employees, and clients across company, employment, HR, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

- Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, HR, and compliance matters.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support dispute prevention and resolution.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on legal requirements.
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure company services, policies, and trainings remain legally compliant.
- Maintain confidentiality and high professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, labor, HR, or legal consulting.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bar admission/license to practice is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Tirana.
