*Senior Recruitment Specialist*
to join the team, with at least 6 (six) months experience in the field.

*Priority will be given to candidates that have experience in the US market*
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
- Proactively identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build, manage, and continuously develop strong talent pipelines for senior, hard-to-fill, and high-volume positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews, assessing qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, define candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Develop personalized candidate outreach strategies that effectively communicate the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and continuously update an organized candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment activities, candidate progress, and pipeline performance while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support and contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market developments, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing efficiency, and overall time-to-hire.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Proven experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent pipeline development.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated approach to recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
