Human Resources Payroll Assistant

**We’re Hiring: Payroll Assistant**

**TGG MK Management is looking for a Payroll Assistant**
to join our team.

We provide outsourced Marketing, Accounting, Customer Service, and HR services to clients in the USA and Portugal, mainly within the Hospitality industry.

**What you’ll do:**

- Assist with weekly payroll processing
- Review timesheets, attendance, and employee information
- Help with payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Work closely with HR and Finance

**What we’re looking for:**

- Previous experience in payroll, accounting, HR, or administration is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Experience with
**Toast, payroll software**
is a plus
