**Key Responsibilities**
The
**HR Specialist**
is responsible for delivering an excellent employee experience by owning operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, internal communication, learning administration, and supporting global HR initiatives. The role ensures consistent execution of HR processes while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. This is a
**hybrid**
working model role, with
**3 days/week in the office (Tuesdays are mandatory office days).**
*Employee Lifecycle*
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Prepare employment documentation and HR administration where applicable.
· Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers.
· Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
*Employee Engagement*
· Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate internal events and celebrations.
· Support wellbeing and culture-related activities.
· Collect employee feedback and support engagement action plans.
*Internal Communication*
· Coordinate the Global Newsletter.
· Maintain HR-related intranet content.
· Prepare HR announcements and communication materials.
· Ensure timely and consistent internal communication across locations.
*Learning & Development*
· Coordinate internal and external training activities.
· Manage learning administration and training records.
· Support workshops and development initiatives.
· Track participation and completion of learning activities.
*Global HR Projects*
· Coordinate implementation activities for global HR initiatives.
· Track action items and project milestones.
· Collect and analyse HR-related data.
· Prepare presentations and project updates.
· Support communication and change management activities.
**Qualifications**
*Technical Requirements (Must Have):*
· 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
· Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
· Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives or internal events.
· Experience supporting HR projects or cross-functional initiatives.
· Experience working in an international environment is considered an advantage.
*Technical Skills:*
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
· Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g. Sage HR, HiBob, BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is an advantage.
· Experience using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
