Junior Sales & Business Development Assistant - Telecom

SP Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Business Development Assistant to help us grow our network of telecom operators, ISPs, distributors and equipment suppliers across the Balkans and Europe.\n\nAbout SP Solutions\nWe are a Tirana-based company focused on buying, selling, reusing and redistributing telecom and electronic equipment. Our main product areas include CPE coax, fiber ONT/GPON devices, routers and TV/STB equipment.\n\nKey responsibilities\n• Research ISPs, telecom operators, distributors and potential suppliers\n• Identify relevant decision-makers and maintain accurate lead lists\n• Support LinkedIn and email outreach in a professional manner\n• Follow up with potential buyers and suppliers\n• Help prepare quotations, stock information and simple commercial documents\n• Update CRM, spreadsheets and opportunity records\n• Support market research across Albania, the Balkans and Europe\n\nWhat we are looking for\n• Strong written and spoken English; Albanian is required\n• Confident communication and good attention to detail\n• Interest in sales, procurement, telecom or international business\n• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Excel or Google Sheets\n• Organized, proactive and willing to learn\n• Previous sales, lead-generation or telecom experience is helpful but not essential\n\nWhat you will gain\n• Practical experience in international B2B sales and procurement\n• Exposure to the telecom and circular-economy sectors\n• Direct involvement in real buyer and supplier development\n• Opportunity to grow with a developing Albanian business\n\nLocation: Tirana, Albania – Hybrid\nEmployment type: Full-time\n\nTo apply, please send your CV and a short note explaining why you are interested in telecom sales and business development.
