We are looking for a data-driven
**Meta Ads Expert**
to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will directly manage performance marketing campaigns for an established e-commerce clothing brand based in Serbia, driving scalable revenue and ROAS.
You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, audience strategy, ad creative direction, and continuous optimization on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution:**
Set up, manage, and scale Meta Ad campaigns targeting the Serbian fashion/retail market.
- **Budget Management:**
Efficiently deploy and optimize an initial ad spend budget of
**€3,000 – €5,000 / month**
.
- **Creative Guidance & Copywriting:**
Collaborate on ad creatives, writing compelling localized ad copy tailored to Serbian buyers.
- **Tracking & Analytics:**
Ensure clean Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event setup to accurately track ROAS, CPA, and overall performance.
- **A/B Testing & Scaling:**
Continuously test hooks, creative formats (Reels, Carousels, User-Generated Content), and audiences to find winning variations.
- **Reporting:**
Provide clear weekly/monthly performance breakdowns and actionable scaling recommendations to the internal Avenix team.
Requirements
- **Proven Track Record:**
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience running profitable Meta Ads for e-commerce/retail brands.
- **Language Skills:**
Solid in
**Serbian**
(for writing effective, native ad copy) and solid
**English**
or
**Macedonian**
for internal communication.
- **Budget Experience:**
Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets of €5k+ with clear ROAS targets.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and Advantage+ campaigns.
- **Portfolio/Case Studies:**
Ability to show previous campaign performance metrics (ROAS, ROAS scaling, cost-per-purchase reduction).
