We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our North American clients team, someone who has moved past the basics and wants to own meaningful automated testing work on real SaaS products - contributing to software quality at scale, sharpening your automation skills, and working alongside a team that takes testing seriously as an engineering discipline.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Review software requirements and specifications to develop and refine automated testing strategies for products and releases.
- Build and maintain reusable test functions and components - writing automation code that's clean, reliable, and built to last.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites across multiple systems, platforms, environments, and browsers.
- Log, track, and communicate defects clearly - report issues to development and product teams and verify that fixes are solid.
- Apply QA methodologies and testing lifecycle best practices with increasing independence and scope.
- Collaborate across engineering and product to keep quality embedded throughout the development process - not just at the end.
**Job Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance engineering - you've worked through a full testing lifecycle and can contribute without heavy direction.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing - familiarity with Python and Playwright is a strong fit for how this team works.
- Solid understanding of defect tracking, test reporting, and how QA fits into the broader software delivery process.
- Able to work independently on testing tasks while staying tightly connected to the engineering team.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical findings into something product and development teams can act on.
