**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Worker role based in Bitola. The Construction Worker will support various building activities on residential and commercial projects, including preparing work sites, handling materials, and assisting skilled trades. Daily tasks include performing masonry and flooring work, participating in renovation projects, operating basic construction tools and equipment, and following project plans under the supervision of site managers. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, complying with safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to ensure that work is completed on time and to quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in core construction activities, including Construction and Renovation.
- Practical experience or training in structural trades such as Masonry.
- Hands-on ability in finishing work, including Flooring.
- Basic Research skills to understand plans, materials, and methods as needed.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment, with the ability to learn new techniques on the job.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience on construction sites is preferred.
