, we help people move to the Netherlands seamlessly. We're growing fast and looking for a driven Junior Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — reaching out, sparking interest, and conducting demo calls.
**Responsibilities:**
▪ Make Outbound calls per day to prospective clients to generate demo bookings.
▪ Attend booked demos, guide prospects through the process, and get them to commit to the service through deposits.
▪ Keep CRM updated accurately after every interaction
**Requirements:**
▪ 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
▪ English C1 level - strong verbal communication is a must
▪ Comfortable with high call volumes every single day
▪ Resilient, motivated, and hungry to grow in sales
**Training & Onboarding**
Every new SDR goes through a fully structured training programme of 2 weeks to 1 month - you'll be set up for success before going live.
