**Production Specialist – Semi-Solid Products (Assistant Production Manager)**

**Florfarma is seeking a Production Specialist – Semi-Solid Products (Assistant Production Manager) to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Production Manager in planning and supervising manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production processes comply with GMP requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Operate and supervise semi-solid production equipment, including vacuum homogenizers, emulsifiers, tube filling and sealing machines.
- Oversee weighing, mixing, bulk product preparation, filling, packaging, and batch documentation activities.
- Train and support production operators in the implementation of SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Assist in maintaining production equipment and reporting technical issues.
- Participate in process validation, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of production procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with creams, ointments, gels, or other semi-solid dosage forms is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
