Summary :
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1 year of experience to support initiatives in the CRM domain. The role involves working closely with senior team members to monitor, analyze, and interpret data, contributing to the definition and evolution of CRM models and service processes.
Key Responsibilities :
● You will support analysis activities to enhance CRM processes.
● You will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of performance data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
● You will support the preparation of recurring reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
● You will assist in the definition of business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with data insights.
● You will collaborate with senior figures and cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality.
Skills & Qualifications :
● Degree in STEM or Economics is a plus
● Strong analytical mindset with experience in data monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
● Basic knowledge of CRM processes is a plus.
● Understanding of testing processes and support to UAT activities.
● Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
● Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Languages :
● Fluent English (mandatory) & Italian (nice to have).
● Additional languages (considered a plus).
