Name of position: Senior Flatbed Dispatcher

Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00 CET

Currently we are on the search for a full-time truck dispatcher to join the team, with at least 2 years of experience in the industry and the US market.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicates daily with Customers, Drivers and Steamship terminals.
- Personnel, and internal service representatives, coordinating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Meet all deadline requirements and ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationship with brokers.
- Work towards achieving the company's long-term growth goals and help improve processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the industry and the US market.
- Excellent English (writing, speaking, listening).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, Outlook).
- Multitasking
- Knowledge of hours of operation service (HOS)
Spanish-speaking dispatchers will have an advantage!
