**Role Description**
This part-time Lead Qualification & Scheduling Specialist role is an on-site position based in Tirana. The Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads based on defined criteria and support the scheduling of meetings or consultations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Strong communication, organization, and customer service are critical to excelling in this role.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport over the phone
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with data entry and management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to shared goals
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and tailor communication for effective lead qualification
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various client scenarios
- Previous experience in a similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation is highly desirable
