**Description**
*We are looking for a trusted partner to the CEO, responsible for managing schedules, communications, and priorities to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of key initiatives.*
**Responsibilities**
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the CEO
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Support projects and follow up on tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
**Qualifications**
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
