**Software Quality Assurance Tester**
to join our growing International Software Development team, working on modern solutions in the field of fintech for some of the biggest players and banks in the region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by performing detailed testing and working closely with development and business teams.
**Responsibilities**
• Perform manual testing of software applications and features
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression tests
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
• Review requirements and validate delivered solutions against specifications
• Conduct functional, smoke, regression, and post-release testing
• Prepare testing documentation and defect reports
• Ensure testing activities are completed according to project timelines and QA standards
**Requirements**
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• You hold a University degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to identify and clearly document issues
• Resourceful and demonstrate high level of problem-solving skills
• You are a good team player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as work under minimal supervision
**Language:**
Macedonian and English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, understanding complex technical statements and documents associated with duties.
