**Who are we looking for?**
As a senior you will have a key role in developing business card strategy, It also will manage product pricing and performance function from an end-to-end perspective of customer and product life cycle.
**Main responsibilities
:**
·
Responsible for managing cards Product pricing and performance function from an end-to-end perspective of customer and product life cycle.
· Serves as Card business pricing and profitability champion within the bank, managing day-to-day activities and projects, to ensure approved programs are implemented successfully.
·
Successfully driving the card business aspects as segment selection, product development, channel planning, portfolio life cycle management, card customer processes and performance.
·
Work with Head of Card Business to develop Cards Business Strategy and Product P&L management.
·
Responsible for reviewing product policies & recommending changes based on risk policy analysis.
·
Design and introduce new products which will bring value to Card Acquisition & Cards Portfolio profitability.
·
Responsible for the schedule of card fees & charges & recommending pricing changes to optimize revenue & manage customer impact.
·
Work with S&D, CRM, Marketing Department, Customer Experience to create and implement the proper card channel strategy, card acquisition plan, activation, cross sell, attrition, and customer loyalty scheme.
· Monitors ongoing card issuing results and communicates progress to Head of Card Issuing, including explanations for deviations and proposing new challenges/ corrective or opportunistic actions to improve results.
· Participates in projects that require Cards product support.
· Supports the Department and Bank in general as required.
· Works closely and harmoniously within the Department, Retail, and other areas of the Bank.
***Competencies / Skills
:***
· University Degree in Economic or related fields;
· At least 4 years of relevant experience and preferably 2 years of experience in banking sector;
· Knowledge of Cards Business;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Very good ability to work in a team.
· Ability to represent and cooperate with different stakeholders.
· Excellent knowledge of English language.
