**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Business Analyst located in Skopje. The ERP Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, map and optimize business processes, and ensure effective implementation of ERP solutions. The analyst will also be accountable for providing support post-implementation, delivering training, and ensuring systems align with business objectives while identifying areas for operational improvement.

**Qualifications**

- Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Business Process management to analyze workflows and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience and knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with an emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required; certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or Business Analysis are a plus.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Finance is considered an asset.
